What is the best restaurant in or near Northern NJ?
I am taking my bf out for his birthday and we always go to the city and am trying to find something in or near northern nj, since we live in the area. What is the best? And no chain restaurants please. Something nice. Money is no object. I would love to hear all suggestions, expensive or inexpensive.
